Don’t believe the lie of the deceiver who whispers: “Why would you want to serve one master?”
God’s Word: Matthew 6: 24
Prayer: Lord, I know You want me to serve You and You alone. You know that what I say and what I do sometimes are two different things. Thank You, Lord, for Your Word which pictures with perfect clarity what happens if a person tries to serve two masters.

Possible Attitude for the day: I know I cannot serve two masters. Either I will hate the one and love the other, or I will be devoted to one and despise the other.
